Our stay was close to perfect! The full kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze, and the beautiful pool was such a nice touch after a long day. Just a heads up, the pictures didn't fully match our room's decor, which was a bit different but still cozy. We'd definitely come back!

The amenities are impressive, especially the newly renovated accommodations and access to the Grand Geneva. However, there were significant delays during check-in, and room cleanliness could improve. Overall, it was a satisfying stay amidst a few notable inconveniences.

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious two-bedroom villa that accommodated our large family and our big dog. The amenities were top-notch, with multiple pools and the beautiful Lake Geneva just a short drive away, making it a perfect countryside retreat.

My wife says that the noise from neighboring rooms was quite distracting.

I had a great family stay in the One-Bedroom Villa at Holiday Inn. The kitchen was well-stocked, making meal prep easy. The cleanliness throughout the villa stood out, and the living area was cozy for family time. However, we faced some unfortunate noise issues at night from the guests in the rooms above. It disrupted our sleep several times. Communication with the staff was easy thanks to their texting service, which I found quite helpful. The location is decent since it’s close to various activities but might require a bit of driving for some amenities. I think they could benefit from better soundproofing in the rooms.

Our four-night stay in the One-Bedroom Villa was delightful! Enjoyed the calm atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. A dip in the nearby waterpark was a fun bonus. Pro tip, Arrive early if you can, as the 3 PM check-in feels late after a long journey!

Additionally, I endured strong chemical odors in the room, which contributed to a migraine the following morning.
